Susan G. Fitzpatrick (nee Leoncini), 72, formerly of Hopedale MA passed away on December 24th, 2022 at her home in Albuquerque, NM. She was the devoted mother of Joel Fitzpatrick of Keene NH and the loving sister of Steven Leoncini of Grafton MA.
